To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 突然想起自己去過這店,念念不忘,一定要好好介紹。這間素食店,都常常被傳媒報導,主打素食,最重要是按量收費,所以當然自己不是港大人,都要支持吓。現在有港鐵,去港大已是十分方便,所以不難找,去到時,見到琳瑯滿目的素菜,十分吸引,但按量收費的形式會提醒自己不要像一般自助餐這樣不停浪費食物(其實自己都少了自助餐的癮了),於是最後都是選了自己喜歡的。當中蔬菜都十分新鮮,沒有放太久而太老,當然素春卷十分脆及沒有油溢味,而冬瓜圃亦十分清新,值得推介,加上紅米飯和湯不會另外收費,尤其是瓜菜湯十分健康,不用怕食唔飽,又不會對身體有太大負擔,真的令我對素菜的認知有更新的了解。在大學真的需要有這麼多自主選擇,才可滿足那麼多學子的發展。不要一念之差,破壞那麼多年建立的優良傳統。
