To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一向多在銅鑼灣、北角揾食,前幾天恰巧要去上環,所以預訂到尚善用午膳,最令我印象深刻的並不是食物,而是寬容和attentive的員工,可能因為覺得work for a good cause,所以員工都較殷勤,食客也因此食得愉快。餐牌上有一特別昂貴的廚師推介御膳套餐,HK$360,食物相當豐富,有十幾片厚切雜錦魚生和約六件壽司,我問職員,這限其他套餐有何不同,他說厨師可能會放d貴價魚生如Toro,好抵食;本來是一人前,但覺得太多,貴精不貴多,所以我和一朋友share了一份。以便比拼一下,其他朋友分別點了雜錦魚生飯套餐和雜錦壽司套餐(各約HK$220),結果上菜發現兩者並沒有不同,好處是我能食得晒,朋友們則因太多有點吃不消。論魚生种類、味道則是不過不失,美中不足的,是個魚生飯並無用日本米,應該是泰国絲苗吧。以同一budget,我會選擇光或壽司廣。對不起,因即興寫了我的第一篇食評,當天並沒有拍照。
