To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日午市黎到呢間社企餐廳食日本野,入到黎見到裝修好靚,好似其他omakase嘅餐廳。叫左一個lunch set,包飲品、沙律、麵豉湯、蒸蛋、小菜、甜品,上菜實物好靚。魚生好厚切好有光澤😍,擺盤亦好靚,晶瑩剔透嘅三文魚子。但唔食薑 & Wasabi嘅記得要走,唔記得走添😭蒸蛋好滑好食,小菜、沙律好fresh,成個lunch set咁豐富好滿足;甜品係幾舊密瓜。魚生好有鮮味,魚味濃,功勞都要歸於厚切,令到口感好正大大啖、好好食。😋總結:水準同其他高質日本餐廳無異,好食、裝修環境、服務也很好;大家多d發掘社企餐廳啦,食餐飯又可以幫到社會!😍💕 continue reading

尚善嘅午市定食走開高檔路線,平均一個餐要200幾到300幾。壽司定食($280)最欣賞帶子壽司,厚身嘅帶子不但有口感,而且味道鮮甜。兩款炙燒壽司經輕輕炙燒後帶出馥郁香氣,增添風味。不過蟹柳小卷則令人失望,外層紫菜太濕而變韌,很難咬開。其他壽司均很新鮮,而且切得厚身,絕不吝嗇。壽司飯水分偏多,食落較粘口,味道則調配得好好,除咗醋外,亦食到甜味。茶碗蒸面層鋪了層膏狀醬汁,食落與蒸蛋很搭配。整體而言,餐廳魚生嘅質素係幾高嘅,不過呢個價錢,應該可以搵到更好嘅選擇😌 continue reading

先論環境,簡略且有和風味。坐位間隔完善。員工(尤其部長)招待殷勤細緻,壽司師傅非常了解常客的品味,好有專業。論及食材,質素高且穩定度好,沒有任何「失手」。無論刺身或熱食,非常有水準。本人對章紅魚刺身及蝦天婦羅極為欣賞,值得一試。 continue reading

因為係附近返工既原因,間唔中都會到呢間社企食lunch,原因魚料新鮮,滿足到我同同事既口福。今次到放lunch時間,忽發奇想,問左有位walk in 就即刻上去。竟然,同以前唔同,以前座無虛席相比今日,竟然食完成餐飯座位都未滿。都唔緊要,可能日本通關,好多人去曬日本食好西。一如既往,我地慣常點左貴價既「廚師推介刺身壽司」lunch set,雖然唔係真正既omakase,我地都期望著品嚐到新鮮魚料,但一上菜,我地不同地面色一沈。點解?廚師推介竟然比左既刺身有2件吞拿、4件油甘、2件薄切帶子、2隻瘦甜蝦,5件壽司入面有三款同刺身魚料同款,魚料新鮮程度、沙律&蒸蛋都比以前遜色。係師傅問題定係來貨問題呢?不得而知。綜上,我有同經理反應,例如以前有鮑魚等。經理好有禮貌回覆,你講想食乜,我幫你安排,跟住就加左隻鮑魚比我,但係都無乜味道既。總結,經理好有禮貌,唯獨魚料鮮味欠奉,廚師基本無推介可言,加上我同同事之後有輕度肚瀉,我去壽x郎都未必肚痾之餘,根本唔洗比$390 + 10%呢個價錢for 個lunch。過往座無虛席到現今空空如也,事必有因。以前vs 今次體驗有圖為證 continue reading
