To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 四樣野食(北京烤鴨 $428(全隻),蒙古式炒鴨崧 $70,海鮮鴨湯泡飯 $168,荔枝生楂咕嚕肉 $138)北京烤鴨:蒸籠下仲有個迷你火爐烘住,令到餅皮唔會因為凍左而變硬。片皮鴨分兩款,一款係皮連肉。另一款係淨皮,用餅皮包住再落甜麵醬、大蔥、青瓜,如果你鐘意,亦可加入紅糖/椒鹽,一咬落去外皮脆卜卜,鴨肉又香,好滋味呀。蒙古式炒鴨崧:第二食係炒鴨崧,分幾款口味,如韓式、葡式、今次揀既蒙古式係用上孜然粉,所以食落好有食緊“土匪雞翼”既感覺,之後先食到鴨肉既味道。好似生菜肉碎包既食法,用生菜包住鴨肉崧,食落唔太膩,不過鴨膻味都重嫁,視乎你鐘唔鐘意呢種味道啦!而且覺得份量唔多,不太划算。海鮮鴨湯泡飯:呢個係必點項目丫!同一般泡飯唔同,係加入米通落去浸泡,所以米通可以索到鮮甜既湯汁之餘,又保持到脆卜卜既口感。裡面既鴨皮同樣都係脆身嫁,而且都索到湯汁,咬落去湯汁會咇出黎,反而幾香,而且裡面都幾足料嫁,又有蝦同帶子粒!荔枝生楂咕嚕肉:普普通通。
