To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又來久別嘅一杯食飯,呢間餐廳真係犀利,喺APM開咗咁多年都成日排長龍,我最唔鍾意排隊,但偏偏為咗佢嘅牛舌完排完一次又一次~呢度嘅串燒的確係幾好味,牛舌係每次必點嘅,每次都能夠保持水準,彈牙又爽口,而且肉汁豐富,加少少鹽嚟燒,已經好能夠帶出佢嘅香濃肉味。另外一樣好鍾意食嘅就係燒鱔,食得出新鮮又彈牙,一啲都唔腥,而且非常肥美,同行朋友都話好介紹!東洋卷嘅係呢度嘅名物,就係用班戟皮將牛油果同鰻魚包住,加上塞到脹卜卜嘅蟹子,材料配搭冇得輸, 而且用班戟皮做外層,感覺更加新穎有創意!唯一不足嘅係會俾人催還枱,試過食第一輪出邊冇人都仲係一定要我哋交枱,俾客人一種唔好嘅感覺。
