To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又係我大食妹帶大家食好野時間,今次係位於銅鑼灣的重慶麻辣菜餐館,因為依到出晒名就係食麻辣野,所以今次真係唔麻都唔食。香辣蝦:用上大量的指彈椒,子天椒炒製而成,所以食落真係麻辣味十足,但係麻辣既味道會令人只會越麻越想食,所以會不停咁食。再者d蝦絕對係用上新鮮海蝦炒製而成,蝦肉不但結實,爽口彈滑,入唔唔會霉,絕對係用上新鮮材料去炒作。懶人炒飯:用上午餐肉,魚片,蛋,去炒作而成,加上用上少許麻辣醬料去炒,所以食落絕對有重慶風味,係必叫的炒飯。黃糖慈杷:將糯米搓到長方形,再用油炸到金黃香脆,用上黃糖煮到糖水一樣,食時點一點黃糖汁,甘甜十足,絕對係重慶必食的甜品。柚子穌打:用上正宗柚子肉來製造,加埋穌打水,絕對係食麻辣野之必叫飲料。最後,我大食好今次俾4粒星,因為依到食到既麻辣小菜係重慶正宗,而且份量又大,價錢合理。
