To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直想試好耐既酸菜魚🤤🤤終於過到嚟試 冷鍋酸菜魚 $188唔好比個名誤導左 其實係熱食架哈哈🤣 酸菜魚都幾大盤 好足料👏🏼魚既份量好多 基本上鋪滿哂成個鍋😮 魚係冇骨既 咁就唔驚啃親👍🏼 魚肉好滑 好嫩 部分魚邊邊位仲有啲膠質添 湯底好惹味 唔會過咸 見到有好多唔同配料例如花椒 辣椒 酸菜既香料 另外仲有啲金菇吸哂個湯既味😆 寬粉都唔錯 有啲似食緊河粉既質地干煸四季豆 $68呢個好好食呀😋炒得幾乾身 唔會好油 另外有啲欖菜既咸味同少少辣味 好惹味😋配飯一流✨但因為唔想食咁多澱粉就冇叫飯😭炸饅頭 $38好中意食炸饅頭🤤仲要配煉奶添！炸得幾好 好熱好脆 表面唔會好多油 拎起左個包 墊底塊葉都冇油👍🏼麻辣蒜蓉青瓜 $32 呢個小食都唔錯 叫左小辣 個樣好紅咁 但唔係幾辣 有蒜蓉味 青瓜都幾爽口 唔錯 蜂蜜雪梨茶（凍） $25食辣野要叫返杯凍野先得🤪 甜甜地 有啲雪梨既果肉👍🏼
