放工同朋友去了附近的茶餐廳食飯,這間以番茄湯粉、炒蛋及瑞士雞翼為名餐廳,晚市都全場滿座。必食的瑞士雞翼,一碟三隻都係$33,雞全翼煮得入味,豉油味帶甜香,雞翼嫩滑。焗芝士西蘭花表面芝士略嫌少了點,但粟米忌廉汁舖滿西蘭花表面,焗至有焦香,西蘭花不會太腍。炸海鮮芝士豆腐則比較一般,裏面是芝士醬,豆腐餅較腍身。最後還點了招牌特色番茄濃湯通粉配牛乳炒蛋配吉列魚柳扒,魚柳炸得香脆肉嫩,最好味的一定係濃湯茄通,通粉爽口唔會煮到過腍,番茄湯底濃郁帶茄甜香。我的紅豆咖啡,紅豆量多又腍,咖啡唔會太甜;同事的新鮮菠蘿冰,真係有粒粒新鮮菠蘿肉。
