To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

到下午茶時間，想食下手作餃子。四點半左右到， 唔需要等。叫左一碗擔擔麵同一份凈韮菜鮮肉水餃擔擔麵 $38好多榨菜配料，果然味道十足。湯底唔係好杰身，但好香濃，好香花生醬的味道。🥜再加左小小辣油🌶️，更加正。麵質非常好，軟硬適中。吸湯，非常好食😋韮菜鮮肉水餃 $38 （10隻）隻隻都好飽滿好紮實，外皮沒有令人失望🤗 有咬口，無淥到淋哂餡料菜肉比例平均，入面仲有滿滿的肉汁☺️ 如果唔太熱既，可以試下一口一粒😂加埋餃子醋更有風味

湯底唔係好杰身，但好香濃，好香花生醬的味道。🥜

麵質非常好，軟硬適中。吸湯，非常好食😋
