這間位於尖沙咀The One的凱薈,晚市主打特色小菜,還有多款燒味,另外有落地玻璃,日間時間可望到尖沙咀景色。七味椒鹽豆腐豆腐炸至金黃,十分嫩滑。金沙墨魚仔墨魚仔表面沾滿了咸蛋王醬,甘香彈牙。招牌葡汁焗釀響螺響螺肉切碎,伴入馬蹄、洋葱、青豆等配料,再釀入響螺器皿內,每啖都有葡汁香味,又帶點爽口。招牌宮爆蝦球這個是大廚的得獎名菜,蝦球炸漿又薄又脆,蝦肉新鮮彈牙,還有點酸辣味;旁邊是蝦膠釀皮蛋,再配上酸薑食,十分開胃。芥末脆皮德國豬手豬手表面有層薄薄的炸漿,炸至金黃香脆,豬手皮脆,肉質嫩腍。蟹肉扒豆苗豆苗翠綠,表面淋上蟹肉汁,不會太油膩。最後還送上紅豆沙,甜度適中。
