To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 今日約左食生日飯,決定去元朗北京樓。我地叫了一個四人套餐。先上 鹹蛋蝦球,蝦夠大隻,但炸得不夠乾身和脆口,亦比較油膩。接著上雞絲粉皮和燻魚。兩個味道也不錯,但略少雞絲,燻魚魚骨較多。之後上酥炸小黃魚,賣相幾好,有檸檬跟碟,如有准鹽就更好,但不夠熱和脆。片皮鴨的皮去哂肥油,跟鴨肉一起吃,不會覺得太肥。另外包片皮鴨的麵粉皮很薄,相當不錯。砂鍋津白有鹹火腿,津白,粉絲,火腿味十足。炒四季扁豆可以再炒乾身一點。最可惜侍應說今天沒有清宮碗豆黃供應,用馬豆糕代替。馬豆糕椰汁味濃,但不夠結實。跟餐送了一杯鹹柑桔,味道不錯,但沒有附湯匙攪拌令柑桔沉底。
