平時比較常見的火鍋肉類湯底都是豬骨,雞,魚湯等,鴨湯就真係相當少見,一向對湯底有相當要求既我就冒名而來金撈見識一下一坐低店員就叫我地點個湯底先,兩個人點半隻金撈老鴨湯底個份量會比較好,因為係品嚐完個湯同隻鴨先再打邊爐平時煲雞湯,隻雞我係五會點食啲肉,事關真係太鞋烚烚,但呢度鴨肉五單只無,而且仲幾嫩滑可以話係入口即溶,湯清味濃,不是用味精加工而來的鮮味,飲完之後再加湯都係會鴨湯湯底,並五係加滾水,雞粉湯比你,真心抵配料方面就緊係要試牛肉同手打滑,通常火鍋料新鮮足料與否,我都會從呢兩種食物睇得出來😎牛肉賣相精美,食落有少少牛脂香味,有𡁻囗,半份既份量都相當多墨魚拼蝦滑,呢個真係好足料,你會感受到佢係無加麵粉入去,因為真係好彈牙紫淮山,夠粉,滾耐左都五會散晒食飽飽仲有珍寶珠做飯後甜點,估佢五到🙈
