沙律是波蘿三文魚沙律茶,酸酸甜甜既波蘿好開胃前菜是花香梅酒浸鮑魚,加昆布碎做底小露荀配北寄貝,黑松露牛油配扇貝。聖子配本菇,飽魚配獨子蒜。 旁邊加上一點點竹炭鹽。我個人喜歡獨子蒜加飽魚。五成熟牛排配蒜片,蒜片好似薯片咁好好食,牛排又好軟熟,好食竹炭鹽加菜汁配雞排。旁邊的磨菇係用蘿蔔削成,好可愛。有人話炒飯最考功夫,就個炒飯除了睇得見的有蔥和蘿蔔碎加蛋外,還有一點點之前的牛油和雞油味,食落每一口都有一點點飯,脆卜卜。好食。最後係類似豆沙餅既甜品,上面加左金泊同紅豆,餅皮煎到脆卜卜,好好食。
