由兩位20多年經驗前酒店日本菜大廚、歐洲回流法國菜大廚主理,大玩法日fusion鐵板燒,每道料理擺盤儼如法國菜般精緻。設多款omakase套餐及單點,細心依食客進度逐道菜呈上,可放心慢食兼欣賞大廚功架。大量日本直送海鮮、肉品食材,大廚亦會每日親到街市搜購游水龍蝦、鮑魚。所有食客需訂座,以便度身預備食材,確保最新鮮足料。店內設吧枱及梳化位,加上輕快音樂及氣氛燈光,可輕鬆享受鐵板燒,絕不拘謹。每日下午12時起供訂座,不設用餐時限。想更有私人空間可包場,和三五知己在派對氣氛中品嚐鐵板燒。同場有日本清酒、紅白酒、威士忌及生啤等。

早前朋友介紹大埔開左間小店叫我一定要黎試。去到要細心留意門口,唔係好意易miss左. 一入去別有洞天,真係好特別。好彩一早book定位,原來一晚serve 4枱客only。等客人唔洗趕住食亦唔分時段。食鐵版燒梗係要食bar枱,睇住廚師處理食物同互動都係一大享受。今日為左慶祝屋企細路考完試,我唔洗再陪佢地溫書,當然咩都唔諗,簡廚師發辦啦。今日想relax 下就點左枝梅酒🍷,好香梅味,亦好易入口,啱晒女仔。前菜:🥗三文魚沙律,有羽衣金藍,蘆荀再加意大利醋。好新鮮,好fresh,每一啖都好爽脆。魚子醬撈溫泉蛋,師博建議撈混黎食,溫泉蛋既蛋香中和魚子醬既咸香。🍣冷盤刺身:鮑魚加鯛魚刺身,加d檸檬汁吊味,一流問左會每三日轉一次,主要睇來貨咩野靚主菜:🍤野生泰國大頭蝦:師傅話一星期先番貨一次,我地真係有口福啦而且膏會比一般龍蝦多,自家製蝦頭汁加埋爽口彈牙既蝦肉,真係終於知道咩叫齒頰留香🦪南非鮑魚配海鹽泡泡:好特別。煮個時已問到好香既蒜味。🥪鵝肝多士:呢個中間夾左塊波蘿加檸檬蛋白牛乳cream成功做到入口溶化又唔油膩,大愛🥦時蔬:食肉獸既我食完前面咁豐富既肉類後,中間用蔬菜間一間場,覺得每層菜都好juicy。最底層既🍅直情好似有食緊生果既感覺,一d草青味都無。🐂澳洲牛柳粒:我地簡左medium,師傅一到燒時已聞到好香既rosemary 味。到放入口時配上葡萄雪梨汁,比得上之前係日本食過既神戶牛同佐賀牛既好味道。問問師傅點整到咁好味,師傅教埋用檸檬汁浸一小時會令肉質鬆軟同化走肥膏,又學到野👍🍚炒飯:鐵板燒最後一道菜就係炒飯再配埋味噌湯。先頭仲驚唔夠飽,但食下食下原來都好飽😋🍧甜品:紅酒雪梨服務亦十級好,每道菜上菜都會詳細介紹同建議食法總結呢餐係與別不同的鐵板燒👍 continue reading
