2 人叫了一份 set lunch, 有:-

越式併盤 (appetizer 另可選沙律或湯)
青檸魚露蒸銀鱈魚柳配香蘭葉飯 ($128)
越南咖啡 (加 $28)

另亦叫了 4 款 a la carte 食物 share 食, 整體印象真係好得無嘢講:-

黑豚肉米紙卷: 包得緊密, 清楚見到由外至內, 先係薄如蟬翼的米紙, 跟住係薄荷葉, 青瓜及黑豚肉, 賣相精緻得唔捨得食. 成件放入口就咁食, 只覺豬肉好熱好嫩又多汁, 跟住有青瓜的爽脆乾爽, 及薄荷葉的「漱口」feel, 正
蘸魚露食, 就當然多一份鹹, 酸甜及微辣, 不過三者味道平衡得幾好, 食落又香又惹味, 正
另一款橙色醬汁一樣幾香, 不過都幾辣; 連旁邊一小撮酸紅蘿蔔絲及蘿白絲亦爽身, 味道酸香又帶少少甜, 正


蒜香牛油燒大頭蝦: 燒得乾身, 肉質結實香口係意料中事, 不過都唔覺係「蒜香牛油」的?
蝦頭內的蝦膏份量極澎湃, 但質地有點水汪汪, 食落又帶苦澀味, 幾掃興.


Set lunch 的併盤有黑豚肉米紙卷 (menu 又話係「牛油果燒蝦米紙卷」!?), 春卷及煎扎肉餅: 春卷炸得鬆脆無油, 餡料就係 standard 的木耳絲, 粉絲, 紅蘿蔔絲, 碎豬肉之類, 調味適宜, 食落香口唔膩又唔口渴; 扎肉有點實淨, 不過煎得幾香; 米紙卷重覆了 a la carte 的, 味道係點唔重覆了.

牙車快: 即 set lunch 的「越式沙律」, 不過我哋呢碟 a la carte 的份量可用「成座山」嚟形容
Dressing 係魚露- 及青檸汁-based, 好香, 酸甜度剛好, 加埋幼細乾爽的椰菜, 嫩滑的雞絲, 炸乾蔥及少量生洋蔥, 唔知點解諗起 coleslaw
食唔停口的一碟沙律, 嗜唔嗜菜都絕對值得試試.


軟殼蟹凍檬: 想食魚露, 澱粉質當然要 order 凍檬
軟殼蟹炸得透, 炸粉薄薄一層, 食落鬆脆無油, 入面的膏 / 肉就軟滑甘香又 juicy, 正
幼身檬粉硬度剛好, 撈上酸紅蘿蔔絲 / 蘿白絲, 生菜絲及成碗魚露, 又既然魚露好食, 呢碟檬粉都好難唔好食吧?


青檸魚露蒸銀鱈魚柳: 青檸魚露汁味道同牙車快的 dressing 差不多, 不過呢個的「青檸」比例更高, 好酸
, 不過好香好開胃; 銀鱈魚預期中的滑溜, 被「酸一酸」後就無晒一貫「油膩飽滯」的特點, 但仍不失本身獨特的魚味, 正! 咁樣的配搭及煮法實在十分聰明, 絕對值得試試.


而「香蘭葉飯」就係好香斑蘭味, 聞落感覺似甜品, 但食落感覺同一般白飯無異的一碟飯, 不過少少哋份量又剛好喎.


越南咖啡係熱 serve, 如常 drip drip drip, drip 完又自行落煉奶... 啡底聞落好香, 飲落則好濃好啃又幾澀
唔知同飲慣意大利咖啡 (仲要係偏「奶」嗰幾款) 有無關係, 但呢杯越式的「啡走」真係唔太啱口味了.

Dessert of the day 就由生日蛋糕取代: 係約 6" 的普通水果 cream cake, 面頭 cream 層細滑輕柔, 少甜, 幾有奶香; cake 層質地「一陣風」亦鬆軟, 但嗒真發覺唔止 chiffon, 仲有 cream cheese 的微香及微濕
; 水果就係一粒粒浸過糖水的桃, 梨 etc, 無乜特別. 呢個 cake 簡簡單單的, 不過又幾好食, 作為 complimentary item (託賴 Openrice coupon, 哈哈) 無投訴了.


食物令人回味, 而環境及服務亦當然好得無嘢講 (咁又應該的, 呢度係 Royal Garden 嚟0架喎...), 開心到唔想走.
