上次去九龍灣的德福廣場食西餐,見到隔離舖有泰國菜食,店名叫泰廚房子,上網查到是新開不久,由泰國廚師主理,今天有空,就和老公前往試試!泰國象啤酒:老公話好飲!炸蝦餅:上枱時還熱騰騰,外層酥脆,內面蝦肉鮮甜彈牙,點些泰式酸辣醬更惹味!炸春卷:這個餡料比較普通,但都脆口。冬蔭公湯:我選了最少的辣度,材料有蝦…草菰等,湯酸酸辣辣的,有香料的味道,好飲!泰式豬手:用特製醬汁炆煮,豬手入味夠林滑,已切細件,方便進食,豬手下面還有芥蘭和酸菜,濃郁的醬汁包住林滑的豬手,十分惹味,令人食不停口!泰式炒鮮蝦金邊粉:用蛋絲做網,包住味帶甜味的金邊粉,中間大蝦爽口,美味可口!招牌去骨海南雞飯配冬瓜湯:冬瓜湯味濃,海南雞已去骨,雞肉嫩滑,食時点些醬汁提升味道,黃薑飯份量都好多,加了些干蔥特別好味!
