To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 1號風球天灰灰2點半左右到,不用排隊,走到門前還面的白衫阿姐己幫我拉開門問我幾位, 醒目!點心份量對於本人來說太細了, 所以加單了兩次,加單時三點三左右人流散了很多,服務員也不太理我要點心紙的要求,叫了幾次店員阿姐才頭也不回遞給我一張!二人埋單共$255最正係酥皮焗义燒飽-夠熱,包夠薄,料夠多古法糯米雞-夠大隻,料夠多又新鮮金銀旦瘦肉粥-夠肉味,肉質夠軟滑,料夠多,每啖都可吃到咸旦皮旦肉絲陳皮牛肉球-比出面酒樓好吃很多,夠肉味夠蔥味,不會像加了大量粉泡菜海帶牛肉窩貼-夠辣味,如牛肉多點會更有質感最差係賽螃蟹春巻-外皮夠脆可惜裏頭的味太無味太爛,一咬下己粉身碎骨,只好沾大量醋吃完,旦白和脆口春巻根本不能配搭一起,吃了這個就會明白普通春巻為什麼硬要用爽脆甘荀炒肉丁了魚腐雞扎-魚腐像乾了的豆腐干豬潤豬肚燒賣-豬潤有少許甘苦味錦繡炒米粉-粉質幾好,可惜完全吃不到味道免治牛肉腸-皮很薄,有點像吃雞絲粉皮, ok鳳爪排骨飯-肉質幾嫩,飯質也ok晶瑩鮮蝦餃-皮超薄,可惜没什麼味,麻麻

最正係酥皮焗义燒飽-夠熱,包夠薄,料夠多

錦繡炒米粉-粉質幾好,可惜完全吃不到味道

免治牛肉腸-皮很薄,有點像吃雞絲粉皮, ok
鳳爪排骨飯-肉質幾嫩,飯質也ok
晶瑩鮮蝦餃-皮超薄,可惜没什麼味,麻麻
