To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 延續係the lobby 個篇下午茶食評,我個staycation package包左一餐六道菜既嘉麟樓晚餐由於出發前兩日上網見到個blogger話比人安排左去西餐廳 the verandah搞到我依個搞手好擔心,即刻打電話confirm,因為我有兩個guest過黎join晚飯呀,唔想令佢地失望book左7:30,我地準時黎到一入門口見到,個浸老上海味呢,未食都已經浸左落個環境度當然啦,中菜廳喎,一坐低就問我地飲咩茶啦我地開左普洱同龍井有個火係下面溫住個茶,佢真係keep到個溫度之後有個staff拎住wine list過黎,我地見今日咁高興,個杯又咁靚,索性叫支香檳賀一賀佢,仲加多支佢地推介既凍茶照顧一下唔飲酒既朋友仔一支半島香檳,特價$730一支有氣茉莉花茶,$180大家都可以cheers~第一道菜花鵰醉雞,酒味入到雞肉,有點意料之外仲有個馳名叉燒staff介紹番依個係香港叉燒,並唔係最出名既匈牙利叉燒不過味道上都係好好,蜜味入到肉,口感鬆化,美中不足係我哥舊有少少根第二道係蟹肉soup我不嬲都唔多食既,因為食完飽左,完。點知食第一啖,嘩!成口都係蟹肉,屈哂機,成碗食哂第三道:黃金蝦
