To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 和朋友在天后吃完午飯，穿過維多利亞公園到銅鑼灣逛街，買完東西累了，太太想起此餐館在附近，並好像換了地點，我們便在怡東酒店找到了。在門口已感覺回到七十年代，店主花了很多心思，放置很多懷舊物品，如卡式盒、唱碟、玩具、連洗手間都很攪野，令您會心微笑。 食物方面，當然都是行懷舊路線，價錢比平常茶餐廳貴少許，但能令讓您回到八十年代是十分超值。 我覺得如果能推介給外國人，實是逛街下午茶的朝聖景點。
