星期日有咩好節目,都係去吓飲茶食飽咗個肚先,但係首先唔係諗邊間好食,而係諗咗邊間有車位泊先?老公諗咗陣不如試吓“鷹巢“,因為旺角方便兼有車位泊,便即刻打電話訂枱了。我們到了果然有一個細細的停車地方,放低車後急不及待上酒樓了,因我兩肚子都餓,我們坐下立即點了“叉燒“、豉油炒腸粉“……,我們食完這餐後,竟然幾天後又過來食晚飯,晚飯果然都不差噃稱得上叉燒皇厚切上碟,肉質很嫩滑,肥廋均勻叉燒外層的叉燒汁不太甜,真是招牌之作呢個豉油皇腸粉淡了些,有小小失望鮮蝦腐皮卷都唔差,皮脆蝦鲜再來一份炒粉絲。要把粉絲炒得好其實也不易, 要做到入口乾身卻不油不膩, 粉絲不斷, 也很考功夫。鷹巢的出品真不錯。但在味道方面似乎不太見特色, 似乎白白浪費了個身炒粉絲的好身手了炸得香脆的外層,包著滑溜豆腐,吃起上來相當清新最後少不了的當然是甜品楊枝甘露雪葩啦。這是一道「席前料理」,就是在食客面前為大家炮製的一道甜點。液體楊枝金露,加入液態氮,使楊枝金露成為雪球

稱得上叉燒皇厚切上碟,肉質很嫩滑,肥廋均勻叉燒外層的叉燒汁不太甜,真是招牌之作
