To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早聽說灣仔開了一間很有風格的京菜館 ,一行四人決定去印證一下, 入到菜館,實在有點目定口呆,因為一般中菜館的裝修,很少這麽落本,這麼有風格,經侍應姐姐介紹,我們點了:松子黃魚,老家炆子,心靈美,茶燻雞,雞絲麵魚,拔絲香蕉。松子黃魚 - 甜酸適中,外脆內嫩老家炆子 - 侍應姐姐推介,說是先用地瓜粉造成啫喱, 切粒,半煎炸後,再用麻醬炒,香,滑,脆,口感豐富心靈美 - 又是推介食品,用超大白蘿蔔切絲,再加另一種紫色的汁(忘了食物名稱)酸酸甜甜, 是不可多得的開胃前菜茶燻雞 - 充滿茶葉香味,雞嫩滑沒肥膏雞絲麵魚 - 又是侍應姐姐推介,以蕎麥麵粉做出魚形狀的麵,非常彈牙,可算是”有營“食材最後上的是拔絲香蕉,一個個炸得香脆的香蕉,混在糖絲中,既賞心悅目,又可口香甜因為是賢伉儷請客,不如多少錢,但都說值得多來幾次
