這晚於太子號始創中心的夏麵館吃晚飯,嶄新的裝修,相信開業不久,裝修以粉藍色為主調,用色柔和,令人感覺舒服,自然食得開懷。記得以前去過荃灣的夏麵館有晚市套餐提供,而這間分店沒有,不過就算單點也不貴。鮮肉小籠包 $38 – 小籠包是吃上海菜必點的,一客有四隻, 皮簿多汁,肉餡飽滿,注滿了鮮甜的湯汁, 要小心地細味。生煎包 $36 – 包身軟熟,底部煎得金黃香脆,肉餡多汁。糖醋魚塊$70 - 魚塊均勻上滿糖醋汁,甜甜酸酸的,十分開胃。排骨擔擔麵 $65 – 苜先覺得碗麵份量很大,配上了上海麵,煮得軟硬適中,湯底濃郁,有陣陣花生香氣,帶點微辣。 豬扒一大塊炸得香脆, 外脆內軟。川味口水雞清湯麵 $60轉淮山麵 +$5 – 淮山麵麵條幼身,比較爽口,而且營養價值高,不錯。至於川味口水雞我覺得是整晚最好吃的一道菜,麻辣醬汁調得非常惹味,辣度適中又,麻味過癮,不得了呀。上湯雲耳勝瓜 $52 – 吃得太多濃味的菜,這碟上湯雲耳勝瓜剛好起了中和的作用,帶來清新感。三人四百元埋單,相當超值。餐具也很酷。
