平時都有去開深圳食川菜, 一直都係本人既心水菜式, 但係香港食果D川菜, 好似都係差少少咁, 唔知係咪香港人仲意少鹽少油, 所以好多時都令到菜式都失色不少, 最近睇雜誌見到係銅鑼灣開咗間川菜館, 叫川府宴, 其中有一個朋友試過, 佢大讚喎, 所以約埋幾個朋友仔去試下先~ BOOK咗星期一 7PM 四位, 上到去地方唔大, 但係好骨子, 牆上D畫同面具裝飾好多~ 打卡一流架~ 之後我地點咗幾個菜, 有豆腐皮蛋, 皮蛋係溏心架~ 配合埋D麻辣汁好正好開胃, 回鍋肉炒得好有鑊氣, 功夫小菜, 椒鹽鮑魚, 鮑魚好新鮮好彈牙, 外脆內軟, 必叫之選, 瑤柱蛋白炒飯, 炒得好乾身, 好有鑊氣, 又一功夫菜式總結: 所有食物都好有心機製作, 好味, 值得推介
