To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 剛過去的長週末, 來到一家開業只有數天的餐廳, 名字很特別, 名叫 1963 木十豆寸, 來到灣仔某舊樓, 說實話, 由地下一直拾級而上, 來到二樓的整個過程, 感覺真的不太好; 想不到甫進入餐廳, 環境卻是意想不到的懷舊和優雅:座位劃分不同區域, 各有特色:當中不少餐桌下藏著衣車裝置, 更可以隨著腳踏的力度而移動, 可以邊吃邊玩。這裡供應的是台式食品, 午餐選擇不算太多, 套餐平均價錢約 70 元 (不包括飲品):台式三杯雞飯 ($70) - 以台灣米酒和麻油爆香的地道菜式, 這裡的版本屬不辣版本, 卻是香氣洋溢, 惹味非常; 配上味道較淡的雞肉飯, 「撈汁」一流; 套餐配上三款小吃, 同樣具質素。古早味滷排骨飯 ($70) - 賣相不及三杯雞, 味道卻不相伯仲, 排骨不是一般的滷水版本, 卻跟台灣當地吃到的很相似, 配上味道較濃的滷肉飯, 一碗飯看來不太夠。套餐加 $15 起可以加配飲品, 芭樂紅茶是基本飲品, 選擇上一點也不基本, 味道也有驚喜, 紅茶和芭樂味混和得剛好, 加上真.芭樂果粒, 增強口感。黑糖奶茶同樣是 $15 的基本選擇, 賣相和味道同樣不基本, 黑糖味非常突出,
