大埔泊好車就在停車場旁邊發現這間餐廳,看上去好隱蔽,要按鐘才能進去。午市套餐$558/位,廚師發板鐵板燒。前菜是煙三文魚沙律和乳酪Parma Ham配菠蘿蓉。煙燻三文魚帶來鹹香氣息,的確開胃。Parma Ham也是咸香味卻融合了乳酪和菠蘿蓉的鮮味,另一番滋味。黑松露扇貝,扇貝細細隻,幸好有黑松露帶出香味。香煎東星班的過程可以一邊欣賞廚師的功架,這邊煎好那邊即吃,好似特別提鮮。澳洲牛柳即時煎好,仍然帶有溫熱口感,配合wasabi 一齊食別有一番風味。宮崎厚切豬扒擺盤花心思,上枱已經切好一塊塊,容易進食,配合生果蓉令口感更有層次。炒飯加入雞蛋炒好,然後放入海膽令身體價提升。生啤大大杯清爽順口,為整個午餐帶出更愉悅心情。
