To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每個月介紹好嘢食嘅時間又到啦,今日有呢一間來自上環嘅阿媽家姐!就當解一解未去到日本嘅心掛掛!餐廳有三款套餐,既然嚟到當然揀咗最貴嗰款😂刺身方面,真係大飽眼福,食咗好多平時比較少品嚐嘅種類,而且每一碟刺身都有悉心設計過搭配過,小小嘅一個碟子大方到放上三款:日本響螺、活赤貝、赤貝邊!另外馬鮫師傅燒香個邊再加入少少嘅sake,食落魚味出眾,可以點上味道濃烈嘅芝麻醬或者辣椒醬。而北海道毛蟹亦係當晚highlight ,蟹肉一絲一絲啖啖肉。宮城縣帶子真係大粒得驚人,一啖真係食唔晒落肚,而且有別於平時生食,師傅用左火灸,燒至半生熟再包上紫菜,口感極好又爽嫩。大過手掌嘅北海道昆布森真蠔同樣值得推介,食落礦物味較輕,蠔身飽滿多汁,伴以酸汁、辣蘿蔔蓉更把鮮味昇華。壽司方面,最令人印象深刻嘅一定係白海膽,肉質嫩滑,水分重得黎相對較清甜。主食方面有天婦羅同高湯煮大蜆。天婦羅嘅皮好薄好脆,炸起嘅洋蔥仔、青椒仔、番薯、同季節性魚產。高湯煮大蜆喺食完壽司之後送遞上枱,暖暖嘅湯品清清喉嚨,大蜆勁大粒,再加上舞茸菇真係夠晒甜!甜品有來自師傅自家製抹茶奶凍,甜度唔高而且食落滑溜溜,仲有一粒日本黑豆點綴
