廚師發辦夠親民,元朗搵食冇頭痕。——今次黎到《二月廿九》拍攝地,食個omakase😚唔算好驚艷,正正常常啦,呢個價錢呢講都ok嘅👌.Omakase ($550)另有$680選擇,嗰個Set會多啲吞拿魚嘅款式。.前菜嘅茶碗蒸(圖二)唔錯!好滑,有松露醬係上面味道更上一層樓😆.刺身四品(圖四)最鍾意係松葉蟹肉,味道鮮甜。赤貝肉質爽脆,可惜味道好淡...有啲失望😟生蠔都幾肥美,但唔特別鮮甜😖.帆立貝壽司(圖五)師傅好似sum咗啲類似柚子皮嘅嘢上去,味道清新,幾特別!.吞拿魚赤身壽司(圖六)背部嘅位置,唔似拖羅咁多油脂,口感比較結實,不過不失。.大拖羅壽司食完個瘦嘅食返個肥膩嘅🤣未至於非常肥美超級多油,但都油香滿溢👍🏻.火炙鯖魚壽司(圖七)入口有微微焦香嘅味道,不過鯖魚味道唔係好特出,一般般。.火炙銀鱈魚壽司(圖八)成餐第二鍾意嘅壽司🤣銀鱈魚獨特嘅香味好濃郁。好厚肉,滑嫩嘅口感😍.甜蝦壽司(圖九)第一名就係佢!🥰贏在上面個蝦膏醬,師傅話係用咗好多蝦頭熬出黎嘅秘制醬。真係好香!蝦膏嘅精華,加上甜蝦嘅甘甜,正😋.火炙鰈魚邊壽司(圖十)師傅解釋咗好多嘢,話平時食開/聽開嘅左口魚裙邊,其實好多都係右口

火炙鰈魚邊壽司(圖十)
師傅解釋咗好多嘢,話平時食開/聽開嘅左口魚裙邊,其實好多都係右口魚邊。當我以為咁呢個姐係火炙右口魚邊壽司啦,再問清楚師傅話係鰈魚邊。左口/右口都係屬於鰈魚類?所以我都唔知自己食緊左定右haha🙈
Anyway,味道係唔錯嘅,魚油豐富
,食落香口。但因為食呢個之前已經食咗兩個火炙,全部都比較肥,再黎多個真係覺得有啲膩,好彩中間有個甜蝦擋一擋。

三色丼(圖十二)
冇乜特別😂海膽唔算特別甜,吞拿魚蓉還好,三文魚籽食食下甚至覺得有啲啲腥。
