近排天氣好好入大埔行下,無意中上網發現隱世美食,今日同阿女來一餐鐵板燒廚師發板。煙三文魚沙律~法國生蠔(半打)~好大隻,蠔肉滑捋捋,勁正!法式鵝肝凍~凍食的鵝肝,放上菠蘿味道嘅醬,下面有沖繩嘅菠蘿,口味清新。鐵板海鮮兩品,每人選二款,黑松露牛油元貝~ 黑松露味道同呢個元貝好夾;鮑魚~熟嘅程度剛剛好,入口夠爽夠彈牙;虎蝦~好新鮮,蝦肉爽口彈牙;東星斑~皮脆肉香,肉質嫩滑。澳洲牛柳~牛味夠濃,切開見到可愛粉紅色。日本宮崎豬~見到肉嘅紋理好清晰,一啲都唔韌,一咬即開,呢個豚肉好嫩滑,配合少少竹炭鹽,提升味道感覺。鐵板炒飯~鐵板炒飯最考師傅嘅功力,睇住師傅炒出嚟,炒到每一粒飯都紮紮跳,入口熱辣辣特別香口。啤酒~Sapporo & KiRIN 麒麟生啤。
