今日朋友請食日本料理,咁梗係揀啲高級嘅餐廳黎食啦!呢間唔止夠多好評,原來仲係好鍾意香港嘅鋪頭,咁就真係要黎試試喇!呢度有張好長嘅吧枱,可以正面對住師傅食野,仲可以睇倒佢地整食物嘅步驟,重點係呢個刺身櫃,我真係好想嗌晒佢地刺身黎食啊師傅對擺盤都好有心思,擺得好靚呢度嘅好處仲係,侍應會好好同詳細咁介紹呢度有咩好食。當然一啲平民同常見嘅魚生都會有,但佢地大大力推介寫起牆上面嘅廚師推介,都係一啲時令而唔係經常有,普通人都好少食嘅菜式。所以今次我都係聽侍應介紹,叫咗一堆我未食過嘅野。呢個係白子刺身,我事後先知原來係魚嘅精囊 真係好獵奇,我本身仲以為係腦部。但食落果陣一啲腥味都冇,口感仲軟棉棉,好creamy,味道好鮮,真係好驚喜!呢個係鮟鱇魚肝,食落好似鵝肝咁樣,但係冇咁膩,好香好濃嘅脂香味呢個就係regular item, 味噌煮和牛腹,超級驚艷!和牛嘅脂肪位一直係香味嘅來源,佢就切到每人舊都有脂肪同埋肉,所以每一啖嘅味道都係好平衡嘅。而佢個汁真係好好好好味,如果用黎送飯就正!呢個就係真正驚喜嘅來源!都係侍應大大力推介。我原本以為,粟米渣嘛。但食落先發現,佢係超juicy超甜,好似高級嘅雪梨咁

呢個係秋刀魚刺身。秋刀魚燒嘅就食得多,刺身真係第一次。上碟果吓好驚喜,竟然可以砌到好似兩朵花咁,打卡一流呀!佢嘅油脂唔多,但魚味好重!大開眼界

燒子持香魚,同樣係時令推介。佢入面好多魚春,魚肉都好香。佢以細魚黎講都算容易食,因為啲骨一起就冇晒

呢個係日本真蠔!好霸氣嘅擺碟,令和之怪物!我朋友平時食開蠔,佢話呢隻蠔比較易入口,味道唔會太濃,所以好多人都食倒~
