To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Lunch set 點了一客神戶牛西冷定食（$538），一客上赤身肉定食（$238），加兩塊牛舌（$28）及一客和牛三文治（$368）：- 神戶西冷名不虛傳，很有高級和牛的油香味。份量也不少- 上赤身肉也好食，份量亦充足- 牛舌較普通，可以不叫- 和牛三文治好好味，只是細了點座位非常寬闊，窓邊有維港景。侍應服務態度十分好。以這個價錢來說，吃到這個質素和環境，也算是抵。
