在門外看到師傅製作釜飯的過程, 店內地方寬敞,有多排2人和4人卡座。三色刺身分別有三文魚、甜蝦和帶子, 色澤亮麗, 新鮮非常。最喜愛係黏口肉厚帶子,肉質柔軟相當鮮甜。 石頭燒安格斯牛排, 塊牛排好大塊好滿足。上枱前稍稍將外表燒熟左,之後自己再係石頭上面燒翻岩自己既熟度, 好玩又好食。味噌煮三文魚鮫鍋邊滾邊吃,熱辣辣。用料包括三文魚鮫、蔬菜、紅蘿蔔、京蔥、冬菇、金針、豆腐、芋絲等。招牌釜飯 – 燒鰻魚釜飯, 夠哂兩個人share。上枱時已聞到陣陣木香味, 一打開蓋佈滿鰻魚, 其他配料有栗子、帶子、冬菇等。食左一半後,將壷內的熱茶漬倒入釜飯,加埋紫菜,焗一下,再攪拌均勻,可以做個泡飯。荔枝梳打不太甜, 好解渴。
