Restaurant: Choi Fook Royal Banquet (Kings Wing Plaza 1)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每年同屋企人過中秋節,多數都會早一兩個星期,但今年各個成員都有點忙,所以改左去星期六飲茶當做節。父母屋企附近都有幾間茶樓,但他們倆已經差不多天天都去,所以諗住去其他地方,但又唔可以太遠。近少少的會係沙田新城市,但無得訂位、又人多、座位又逼、枱與枱都好逼。而第一城都係差不多情況,最後就睇下石門站有邊幾間,最後選了彩福皇宴。座位夠闊落,又可以訂枱。一行11人,去到一座低就劃點心紙,響等既時間,大家便閒話家常。不用5分鐘,點心便開始到了,我們點了17個點心,再一鍋伊麵和一個炒米粉。伊麵和炒米粉主要是給我的2個小朋友食的,他們2個就是喜歡吃湯麵和炒米粉。最後消滅晒所有點心之後,便埋單。價錢只是820 再加一,平均每人80蚊,我覺得價錢適中,我個人最喜歡炸尤魚鬚和叉燒腸,而我的2個小朋友,吃了超多碗的湯伊麵,可能平時很少吃這個伊麵。而我太太就很喜歡蝦腸粉、露筍鮮蝦腐皮卷、和凰爪。正當我準備俾信用卡時,我2個細佬說還想再點多一些點心,後面我因為2個小朋友唔肯等,所以先埋單,我一家先行告退。如果大家下次想飲下茶又想座得舒服d,呢度係唔錯的選擇
