To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說有日去完海洋公園,出番去銅鑼灣唔知食咩好,咁岩辣癮起,就去試下呢間渝癡如醉。當日係平日6點零鐘,都唔算多人,唔洗等位就直入。menu有好多款式選擇,我同男朋友決定揀左個幾抵食既二人餐!主菜揀左個水煮魚。入面除左魚之外,仲有寬粉、芽菜、青瓜。我地仲加左金菇添!雖然佢個樣望落好似好辣,好重味精,但個味道ok喎,唔會太咸,亦都唔太辣,仲有陣好香既麻油味👍👍小菜都有幾款選擇,我地揀左呢個炒牛肉。上菜時都有小小嚇親,因為小菜都比起我想像中既大碟同多。最終呢碟小菜我地有打包帶番屋企食😂涼伴就揀左個尖椒皮蛋,本身個味道唔算咸,但上面黑色既醬就超重口味!夠曬咸同辣,岩曬d重口味既人士(我)😆😆仲有2碗飯同2杯飲品送,其實一定夠曬飽!🤤紅糖冰粉都包埋,食完辣野食呢個一流啊🤤呢個二人餐,一個主菜、一個小菜、一個涼拌、兩碗飯、兩碗紅糖冰粉、兩杯飲品,盛為300幾蚊(包埋加一,$400有找),真係好抵食!🤤🤟🏻
