To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第二次來這間餐廳食,老闆招呼很周到,也很熱情的介紹有什麼好食,最收女士歡迎的是花膠雞湯粉皮。花膠雞湯粉皮可以配不同的餸,今次叫了炸碎雞,雖然說是炸碎雞,但其實是無骨的雞扒,味道一般有點像台式炸雞?不過比想像中大的份量。花膠雞湯味道不錯,雞味濃,老闆說是無味精添加。粉皮像腸粉的一大條,厚身,又白又滑,女仔食幾條已經很飽。最好食的是沙爹串燒!!!非常有驚喜!沙爹醬不辣有花生濃香,雞肉很嫩滑有汁不乾,食完有點意猶未盡,杯內還有很多沙爹醬讓人再點,完全會因為串燒再來這裡。聽老闆說遲d會裝備再整大d個樓面,到時就可以再坐得舒服點。
