Restaurant: Pandan Leaf Indonesian Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自問都係半個為食之人,中意周圍試下唔同菜式,但就從來冇食過正宗印尼菜。餐廳位於銅鑼灣糖街,好就腳。佢提供好多唔同菜式,樣樣都想試,選擇困難症又發作。 啦斯啦媽班蘭飯 Indonesian assorted pandan rice 炸雞炸得好脆幾好味,配上香濃既班蘭飯,好開胃。餐廳除左班蘭飯外,仲有黃薑飯同椰汁飯,有機會可以試下。 不過伴碟既炸豆腐同炸黃豆餅就唔太啱我口味。 黃薑破雞雜錦飯 Turmeric fried broken chicken with rice and vegetables 燒雞夠入味,皮香又脆,唯一可挑剔係有部份肉比較鞋口。右下角嗰個紅色醬幾好味,但真係比較辣,點少少就夠。 牛肉沙嗲串燒 Beef satay 牛肉串燒好味,令人驚喜既係佢個醬,甜甜地同牛肉好夾,將牛肉既味道提高到另一層次,不過唔點醬亦好夠味。 班蘭沙冰 Pandan Smoothie 幾乎枱枱都有叫沙冰,必點! 大大杯好抵飲,冇乜冰粒,班蘭味濃,全靠佢先可以解下辣。 另外,隔離枱叫左牛油果沙冰都好吸引,睇落好濃郁棉滑,下次可以試。 箭葉果混吉蜜 Arrow fruit ta

箭葉果混吉蜜 Arrow fruit tangerine with honey
幾特別,有檸檬,桔仔同印尼既箭葉果,味道幾清新,可惜比較甜 。

整體黎講算比較特別既一餐,身處香港依個美食天堂,就算即使啲外國地道菜式未必適合本地人口味,人一世物一世都應該試下既。如果怕啲菜式太過地道,可以試下佢個印尼炒飯,眼見最少都兩三枱食緊。另外,餐廳門口擺左好多唔同種類既印尼小食同甜品,都keep住有人幫襯,有興趣可以試下。
