To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 如果一早睇到米嫂的食評就好啦.......上星期五晚放工,唸住新開張試下,7點前大把位,我同1位朋友,叫左:1)三文魚子壽司2)天婦羅蝦3)日式炒雜菜4)薄燒牛排5)燒雞翼6)forgot the name: 類似炸蝦卷三文魚子壽司: $25 一件, 魚子極少, 因加左一粒x 春蛋,紫菜唔脆....天婦籮蝦 : 炸油唔新鮮其他不過不失, 但一到薄燒牛排,個樣ok, 6成熟, 但一食----凍嘅!!!叫經理, 好快手拿走左......10 mins 後, .比返一塊10成熟的薄燒牛排我地, 但都係凍嘅...........$88......叫人加茶,侍應說轉頭, 轉左2次頭, 再問: 佢都係話轉頭, 仲好晦氣; 叫埋單: 立即到囖.......9折後 $330幾.....唔值啊.....好讚成米嫂的一番話:【有時候, 服務的質素與及食物的質量係可以互相補足的... 如果服務+環境係好的話, 食物的質素勉強及格亦可以了... 但如果基本的服務+環境亦不合格, 除非食物有超級出眾的水準, 否則, 如此條件下, 難以說服聰明的消費者去光顧第二次!!!】
