To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次想食車仔麵基本上都會專登來元朗永年排一排隊, 重點推介、重點推介、重點推介要講三次的一定就是暫時沒有一間車仔麵比永年的豬紅入味好食, 今次再來比較特別,就是店員建議將我地兩個麵的魚皮另外上碟,這個安排建議比以前一個魚皮放入湯已林哂的變得更好食。而豬腸與雞翼食咁多次而來仍然是我們必配的餸菜之一!其實...一個車仔麵要計CP 高與低真的是見仁見智, 因為我發覺每次來臨食親都忍唔住叫左四五十蚊餸....格外豐足
