To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一直都聽朋友講過依間大中華飯店,趁住聖誕假期一大班朋友出黎玩, 一齊黎大排檔食小炒就最好不過, 多人先抵食加嘛!我地一行9人, 夜晚8點半黎到, 等左10分鐘就可以入去,大排檔黎講環境都算唔錯喇, 都乾淨企理,食物選擇超級超級多, 仲有好多普通大排檔食唔到既菜色, 好似鐵板豬手, 炭燒奶豬, 土匪雞咁,特別一提依度仲有甜品食! 不過我地就冇試到喇,點左菜大約10分鐘菜式就陸續送上 黑椒鐵板豬手 ($130)依道係每枱必點既招牌菜,本身我唔係特別鍾意食豬手, 覺得好肥膩,但依道菜完全改變左我對豬手既感觀,用鐵板上咁大隻既豬手本身已經好吸引, 豬手仲整得好腍, 用刀輕輕一整就切得開,加左黑椒成道菜好惹味, 完全冇晒豬手果種肥膩感,果然係中華飯店必食 酥炸大腸 ($80)本身已經好鍾意食豬大腸,依度既酥炸大腸值得一讚, 炸得酥酥脆脆,配埋個醬酸酸甜甜咁, 連身邊平時唔食大腸既朋友都話好味,不過作為豬大腸怪既我就覺得如果佢冇咁乾身, 同埋再肥美D會更好 豉油蝦 (時價)最後埋單冇CHECK到每碟菜分別幾錢,所以唔知道依碟蝦實際價錢~個蝦好入味, 又唔會話太咸, 蝦夠大隻, 脆到可以連殼食, 都

個人黎講覺得依道菜都必點, 花甲好新鮮, 又夠大隻, 好有咬口,

大概係4人份既,

D羊幾肥又冇咩"蘇"味,

仲附送一大兜生菜, D菜吸晒湯底既鮮味, 都係個唔錯既選擇

魚香茄子煲($80)

好有鑊氣, 冬天食暖笠笠超正,

茄子整得好腍, 撈埋D肉碎撈飯食一流,

整體又唔會話太咸, 仲加左少少辣椒, 個味剛剛好 


整體黎講, 除左個蠔餅, 所有菜色都冇咩伏,

全部食材都好新鮮, 夠大件, 又夠鑊氣,

有普通小炒食,又有D特別D既選擇,

會同屋企人再黎試, 帶佢地食下地道中菜!
