又去Odelice 食法國菜。今次同姊妹 @tachoi 去the one 分店食晚餐。The one 分店環境都係好浪漫好有情調，食物質素高，而服務態度仲好好添呀！特別係餐廳經理Louis，又親切又細心！今次我地叫左兩個dinner set 🍴 餐湯：▪️忌廉湯，超creamy ，奶味香濃！小碟：▪️法國生牛肉他他份量都多啊！生牛肉質地滑嫩，仲有3塊香脆多士，生牛肉同多士一齊食，口感好有層次！ ▪️烤牛骨髓 +$35 牛骨髓的質地滑膩，入口即化，帶有豐富的脂肪感。外皮烤得微微焦脆，與內部的嫩滑形成對比，讓人一口接一口。主菜：▪️煎鴨肝，油封鴨腿意粉 +$30 煎鴨肝外層金黃酥脆，內部則滑嫩多汁，入口彷彿融化在口中。鴨肝嘅油脂豐富，讓人感受到奢華嘅享受。油封鴨腿肉質鮮嫩，帶有濃郁嘅香氣，與意粉的Q彈口感相得益彰。 ▪️黑豚帶骨豬胺 + $65 黑豚肉質緊實且帶有豐富的脂肪，咬下去時肉汁四溢，口感鮮嫩。帶骨嘅部分增加了肉嘅風味，讓每一口都充滿肉香。而飲品方面餐廳有多款mocktails同cocktails，我地呢兩杯都好fresh，最重要係勁打卡able 😆😆😆!
