To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我常常一人到處揾食,有錢食好D,冇錢食平D。根據多年在外揾食經驗,現在的快餐店餐銷費竟然比茶餐廳還要高。要講的是金記冰室,它每天都有午餐及晚餐優惠價,由五十元到八,九十元都有,豐儉隨意。我今天到搏扶林金記,中午十二時已坐滿人,要了一個葱油豬扒撈公仔麵午餐。内包上湯浸娃娃菜一碟,豬扒撈公仔麵一客,還有奶茶。只是54元,而味道竟還算不錯,我想香港三大快餐店也難做到。而它其餘的食品,價錢也很公道,怪不得疫情其間,它仍可不斷開分店。
