To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 甘味 - 鑽石山今次去到鑽石山荷里活商場行街,經過呢間主打讚岐手打烏冬的舖頭,見到裡面都比其他店舖坐得多人,所以決定入去試試。壽司拼盤拼手打烏冬 $78蟹籽牛肉鍋燒炒飯 $75既然主打讚岐手打烏冬當然叫返個烏冬啦,最後叫左一個壽司拼盤連手打鳥冬,加多一個鍋炒飯。首先講一講個壽司拼盤,壽司比較一般而且壽司飯偏硬,而個手打烏冬口感係唔錯係幾彈牙,個湯底就比較偏咸了點點。另外,蟹籽牛肉鍋燒炒飯 的牛肉份量都幾多,牛肉味道幾香濃幾重牛味,配合蟹籽及洋蔥口感都幾豐滿及有層次,牛的油膩充滿底層的珍珠米,油感比較重,而且味道偏咸。整體黎講,食物質素一般,味道偏咸,如果想平平地坐下,食個日式烏冬,可以試一試

既然主打讚岐手打烏冬當然叫返個烏冬啦,最後叫左一個壽司拼盤連手打鳥冬,加多一個鍋炒飯。首先講一講個壽司拼盤,壽司比較一般而且壽司飯偏硬,而個手打烏冬口感係唔錯係幾彈牙,個湯底就比較偏咸了點點。另外,蟹籽牛肉鍋燒炒飯 的牛肉份量都幾多,牛肉味道幾香濃幾重牛味,配合蟹籽及洋蔥口感都幾豐滿及有層次,牛的油膩充滿底層的珍珠米,油感比較重,而且味道偏咸。

整體黎講,食物質素一般,味道偏咸,如果想平平地坐下,食個日式烏冬,可以試一試
