To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

咩叮叮都無平日依個自助餐真係唔使去，禮拜五六日有三場叮叮叮。這係佢最大嘅特色，但係星期一至四竟然乜嘢都冇，一場都冇, 龍蝦又冇，啲嘢食普通到不行。令人極之極之極之失望啲湯有凍，特色嘅牛扒完全唔見。行咗10個圈都唔知食乜，海鮮得四款普通嘢，最好食反而係Pizza。雪糕連特色，cone 都冇埋。所有人喺度食嘅都好失望，好失望。
