To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平平無奇的生日自助餐

同媽媽慶祝生日，所以去左試呢間自助餐，媽媽之前睇 youtube 有人介紹過，知道星期五，六，日會多啲野食，但平日就冇，不過因為星期一至四係官網訂位會有75折，所以揀左係佢正日呢日去試其實都有少少失望，海鮮全部插係冰入面，拎左埋位之前大約5分鐘就開始有啲腥，有個白汁點海鮮就幾好食，但係7點左右就唔再 refill 龍蝦鉗刺身方面就好乾身，口感唔太好，賣相一般熟食方面，酸菜魚淨係酸，唔辣，鮑魚同花膠都係任食，比起罐頭鮑魚好少少，蒸石班好搶手，可能當日老人家多，比較鐘意食魚，但去到7點半左右既魚已經好似有啲唔熟，有少少“痴”骨燒味同粉麵都冇試，因為完全冇興趣，羊架唔淋，燒牛肉好咸，燒雞好燶甜品大部分都唔吸引，有即制窩夫同pancake, 不過唔多人拎，雪糕唔知咩牌子，但可以叫師傅即刻整一個黑森林雪糕杯，都幾特別最值得一贊就係服務好，加水同收碟都好勤力，職員好好禮貌
