To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 放假當然要同屋企人去食點心,一齊去左試彩福喜宴的得獎點心,感覺唔錯!海蜇拼掌翼($48)作為小食,份量和味道都很好!海蜇份量夠多,鮮味爽脆可口,掌翼鹵得夠入味。櫻花蝦海皇煎薄罉($26)薄罉比平日多了櫻花蝦,食落更添一份香味。薄罉煎得夠香,若能再煎焦一點就更加好吃了!原隻鮑魚燒賣皇($35)這個鮑魚燒賣皇是得獎點心,得到香港旅發局2014 美食之最大賞—至高榮譽金獎的點心。鮑魚非常厚而彈牙,味道鮮,配上原隻鮮味可口的蝦肉豬肉味道很好,不愧為得獎作品!真功夫潮州炸粉果($28)這個也是得獎點心之一,曾榮獲香港旅發局2015 美食之最大賞—至高榮譽金獎。咸水角的外皮,香脆軟糯的口感,配上豬肉、韮菜、沙葛等,比普通粉果多了一份香口感覺。原個椰皇燉燕窩($38)燕窩份量很多,椰皇清甜解渴,蛋白夠清香,奶味亦很香,非常滋潤。紫醉金迷($18)紫薯千層糕一份有4件,紫薯腍香軟滑,甜而不膩,是我的最愛。
