***今晚到佐孰吃這間帶港式味道的日本鐵板燒,吃鐵板燒前先點它們家的招牌十八層海膽杯,魚子醬、海膽、吞拿魚溶、魷魚、三文魚子、各種魚生一層層疊在一起,每一層都有新的味道,有趣,算是一款貪心料理吧?之後點了一個一人餐 - 日本十勝黑豚肉北海道松葉蟹套餐,餐單有放在相片裡,特別點評一下豚肉,熟度剛好,肉質鮮嫩,配搭黑醋汁及它們家的"爆爆珠",感覺不會因為鐵板燒而太油膩。"爆爆珠"好像是隨機的,配搭豚肉的是橙味,讓服務員給我多試了幾款不同的生果味。另外炒飯也是特別喜歡,很喜歡這類鐵板燒的蛋炒飯,因為也配了黑松露,所以更香了。
