曄,你隻襪咁可愛嘅?唔通你一早嚟過呢間餐廳食嘢?知道要除鞋?所以特登要着對咁可愛嘅襪出嚟?提提大家下次如果要同朋友一齊食飯,或者要出去見人嘅話就醒目啲,着對靚小小,唔好著穿洞喎,哈。呢間日式嘅餐廳除咗會有吧枱位之外,仲會有啲房位,入到去就係日式的設計需要除襪。呢間餐館係源自日本大阪,係香港首間嘅分店。食物嘅製法都會係源自日本,為求達到原汁原味,而食材都係由日本新鮮運過來。呢度嘅串燒方式比較特別有。串揚。呢個燒法佢係喺食物嘅外邊加1層非常薄嘅漿再攞去炸,食嘅時候外面只會有一層好薄嘅脆脆,薄而香,香而鮮。特別喜歡食嘅係呢一個沙甸魚串揚,平時沙甸魚就食慣茄汁沙甸魚,原來用新鮮嘅沙甸魚來炸都係幾好食,而且佢入邊仲有一塊紫蘇葉,平時唔鍾意食紫蘇葉嘅我,竟然覺得個味道幾好,配埋落沙甸魚度,可以用好食嚟形容。另外一個我可以用神之雞翼嚟形容。不是誇張。。真係非常之好味!佢係用一隻好肥大嘅雞翼加炸粉炸,入邊嘅雞肉汁完全保留喺入邊,好嫩滑,外面嘅皮就微脆,最重要嘅係佢仲配有一種甜甜酸酸嘅日式醬汁,真係超好味。另外仲要介紹一下就係呢一個三文魚茶漬飯,其實不嬲對茶漬冇乜好感。雖然我好鍾意飲湯,但係我覺得呢種湯

另外仲要介紹一下就係呢一個三文魚茶漬飯,其實不嬲對茶漬冇乜好感。雖然我好鍾意飲湯,但係我覺得呢種湯唔夠熱,溫溫地的感覺好核突。但係呢度將佢個茶漬稍為轉變,中間係一個燒飯團再加上熱湯,食落去嗰種感覺似中式嘅湯飯,清甜得來又有魚嘅甜,不錯。

串揚蓮藕,大大嚿嘅蓮藕切到一舊舊厚切片,咬落去好粉好爽。唔使成日食肉,蔬菜都係一個好選擇。

果汁酒, 啱晒啲唔係好鍾意飲酒嘅人,因為呢一個就似果汁多過酒,完全唔會有酒嘅味道,反而就係一種真嘅提子味道,甜甜地又解渴,飲嗰種感覺係好甜好爽。

成日都好想讚下日本人嘅設計,好似呢一間餐廳,拒地方唔算好大,但係佢嘅設計就令到你唔會覺得好逼。好似拒吧枱個位置,看似無地方擺嘢,但其實座位揭開悶就可以放到好多嘢,真係善用空間。
