今次黎係想食荷葉飯, 因為上次食唔到,侍應話荷葉飯轉咗原個菠蘿焗飯 ,有啲失望😯 唯有淨係嗌點心食啦! 蠔皇叉燒包$33叉燒包個皮唔夠鬆軟,其中一個個面重濕濕地添,入面嘅叉燒都唔係好夠蜜汁。 蘿蔔絲酥餅$39蘿蔔絲酥退步咗, 外層乾爭爭, 入面嘅蘿蔔絲都好少,而且整件都細嚿咗。 蜜汁叉燒腸 $44腸粉皮唔夠薄, 叉燒嘅料都算足啦! 點啲豉油食,覺得好夠味。 海山脆雞翼 $38比上一次炸得燶咗啲, 我依然佩服佢做到入面夠熱冇血水。 濃湯泡腐皮卷 $42上枱嘅時候嚇死我,賣相令我以為係分咗之後一人一碗。我印像中呢一道點心應該有個兜裝住,再用蒸籠裝住, 咁樣上枱法真係有啲接受唔到。 蒜香排骨蒸陳村粉 $42陳村粉幾彈牙爽口,排骨就韌咗啲。 荷香珍珠雞 $42珍珠雞細細隻幾滋味,啲米呈白色,入面嘅料同埋味道都好香 北菇滑燒賣 $42有懷舊燒賣味道,幾好食, 有冬菇都唔會覺得有異味。
