To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 鮨鱗已經唔係第一次食,記得上次甜品係生果,好吸引,今次再試,睇吓有乜新意❤️前菜:菜之花,黑梅螺鮮甜好味,可能係季節性食品,柚子醬魷魚,酸酸地開胃~北海道左口魚邊配上魚肝醬聽多重口感,鮫鰈魚鮮甜爽口深海池魚壽司加柚子汁,深海池晝身較多油脂但較爽口日本針魚係季節性魚,呢個時期食就唔錯,配上紫菜,味道幾特別金目鯛來自靜岡縣,係金目鯛中最貴,金目鯛魚身較細小但魚肉比較嫩滑🩷柚子胡椒醬銀鱈魚,調味好特別,比較有特色,口味較濃~鱆紅魚壽司配上味憎醬亦係好新鮮的創作,想試特色野必試北海道牡丹蝦鋪上蝦膏,蝦膏香濃配合牡丹蝦身又爽口,係絕配🩷🩷❤️細池魚壽司,魚味較重,中間加左薑蓉同蔥花~錦上添花北海道白海膽非常鮮甜又新鮮,食完仲回甘~😋😋令人非常回味中拖羅冇拖羅油脂分佈咁多,但魚𢦓半肥瘦,而且有油份😋😋如果想試較新𩓙的廚師發辨,絕對可以一試😋
