To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聖誕節由友人介紹此米芝蓮推介餐廳,裝修一般,不過有幻彩詠香江睇,而且一家人開開心心,感覺良好,叫了推介食物金榜醬大蝦,鵝肝牛柳,龍蝦湯泡飯等,味道不過不失。大𧎚汁甜甜啲浸饅頭味道ok,不過大𧎚不是太新鮮,蝦頭黑色,還有大大條黑色蝦腸,點解廚房不用多少少工夫,顧下食客嘅感受。鵝肝牛柳方面,牛柳似已挑去筋,沒有渣,不過肉味不濃,龍蝦湯泡飯似大地魚湯,味道ok,不過湯飯有脆脆硬物不是太慣。以此價錢及地點整體味道可以接受,不過服務人員水平低,個別有笑容,個別一舊木,要多壺水話冇壺,真想調佢。米芝蓮推介亦不盡不實。
