之前工作需要收到消息逾半百嘅TST老牌冰室9月會面臨結業,所以即刻去食多次最懷念係佢個蕃茄湯底真係用新鮮蕃茄,整碎再同肉碎混合,無味精/雞粉,加水熬足4hrs加埋煮到勁有蕃茄味醬汁,酸酸甜甜勁正!芝士蕃茄牛通粉 $42可揀咩粉麵&配料都得,不過我鍾意通粉通常比其他粉麵客易吸收蕃茄湯蛋&芝士都係必食配料放面嘅芝士遇熱即溶,溶咗唔太靚,但食落就有芝士香蕃茄豬排麵 $42豬排事先醃好,香口惹味蠔油雞中翼 $48呢個係必食推介!一樣事先醃好,再用蠔油煮鹹味適中,一碟有6隻最經典食法就食將雞翼放蕃茄湯底充滿鹹味嘅雞翼+酸酸甜甜嘅蕃茄湯=勁開胃!好味!
